Fly On The Wall: A Post From My Kid

Hey guys! As you might know, I recently had a major surgery. I'm not ready to sit up and write, so I thought, why not have my kiddo do it?

Meet Anastasia! She's 15 and this is her version of Fly On The Wall.

*It's February 28th, and my siblings and I are at home. It was the day that we finally got to move, and boy was it stressful. It didn't take too long, but there was a lot of heavy lifting involved. Anyhow, we got moved in nonetheless. I cried so much that day because sleeping alone after so many years of sharing a room was a lot harder than I thought, but hey! I'm doing much better now.

*On February 29th, we finally left for our cruise. Such paradise it was, and let me tell you, I had the best time of my life and was sad to say goodbye to the friends I made. The teen club had only guys in it, so the group was really chaotic. I had bruises all over me from playing capture the flag, running around the ship, and so on. All in all, it was a fantastic cruise and I wish that I could go again!

*When we got back on the 5th of March, we had a lot of unpacking to do, and it went by very quickly. I got my room set up, the walls are still kind of bare, but I can manage.

*And now for the present talk! It is March 19th, and I'm enjoying having my room with my own privacy. I've gotten into Dungeons and Dragons, and started writing my very own campaign! I've also found a liking for pink and purple things--which is quite odd for my taste of clothing. Now, I'm not the best writer in the world, but I love to write! The motivation needs to be there, but it's something that I love to do in my free time besides watch Disney+ and Netflix, or make videos on this app called TikTok.

Anywho, I'm going to end it here. Thank you for reading!

  1. Thank you, Anastasia, for filling in for your mom. I hope you're very happy in your new room (you moved to a bigger place just in time to be stuck inside), and I hope we get to hear your voice again in our little corner of the blogosphere.

Something to say?
Let's hear it.
